A report can only be created if in the dialog box displayed on the screen a set of answers and questions are shown, in their respective boxes. Questions are displayed in the top box and answers in the bottom box. If either of these two boxes are empty the Report button is disabled.
To open up question or answer files click on the Open button. For example, to open an answer file click on the second open button and then choose the answer file corresponding to the question file already open.
Once both a question and answer file have been opened, click Report to produce the Question Analysis report.
The question analysis report can be created using any question and answer file, but will only make sense where there are corresponding questions and answers in the files.
